Fans are speculating about a potential new member of JoJo Siwa’s girl group XOMG POP! Based on a recent social media post, people think Penelope LeMieux of Phil Wright & Parent Jam could be joining the group.
Fans Think Penelope LeMieux Is Joining XOMG POP!
XOMG POP! started out with seven members, but that number has dwindled down to three. In August, the group announced auditions for new members. Now fans think Penelope LeMieux, who recently competed on America’s Got Talent, could be joining the group.
On Monday, XOMG POP! posted a photo on Instagram from behind the scenes of a photo shoot. In the foreground, facing away from the camera, is a girl with curly blonde hair. Commenters shared their belief that this is Penelope, who competed on AGT as part of the dance group Phil Wright & Parent Jam.
“I’m almost sure the new member has to be Penelope, the hair’s identical,” wrote one commenter, while another posted, “Clearly Penelope might as well go ahead and say it.”
Penelope has not confirmed the rumors, although she did recently posted a photo of herself on Instagram with the caption, “Yesterday’s dreams are often tomorrow’s realities.” She also appeared in the group’s video for “Party Like a POP STAR” earlier this year.

The Group Competed on AGT Last Season
XOMG POP! was created in 2021 on JoJo Siwa’s reality competition show Siwas Dance Pop Revolution. Last year, the group auditioned for Season 17 of America’s Got Talent. All four judges voted “yes” to sending them through.
The group performed again in the Semifinals, but they didn’t receive enough votes to send them to the Finals. Later that year, group member Kiya Barczyszyn left the group. Three more group members (Bella, Kinley, and Leigha) left earlier this year.
