Troops of the Nigeria Army have rescued one of the two traditional rulers kidnapped in Okigwe Local Government Area of Imo State on Sunday. Naija News gathered that the traditional ruler of Amagu Ihube, Acho Ndukwe, was rescued after the soldiers raided criminal camps in Orsu and Ihiala Local Government Areas in Anambra State. During the raid on the camps, the troops also arrested 30 suspected kidnappers. Recall that HRH Ndukwe and that of Ihitte Ihube, Paul Ogbu, were kidnapped during an invasion of their communities by the gunmen.
